ABOUT Mb2 RACEWAY

When it comes to indoor karting, MB2 Raceway laps the competition. We focus on providing an exciting experience for racers young and old in beautiful, clean facilities at four locations across the U.S. We are well-known for hosting the best parties, events, and fundraisers for racers at all skill levels. Our parties range from simple racing events with snacks to complete facility rentals with access to our VIP party room, DJs, casino tables, and more! Want to learn more? Call us at 818-722-8894.

Nope! All you have to do to be able to race is create an account with us and have a completed liability waiver on file. You can fill out the waiver once you arrive to the location, or you can download it here and fill it out ahead of time!

Nope! Our races are sold on a first come, first served basis with no reservations taken or required. Simply come in anytime during our business hours and we will get you set up for the next available race. Just be sure to check our calendar for any special event closures!

We have two classes of karts, Juniors, and Adults. To race in the Junior class, drivers must be at least 48” (4 feet) tall and there is no minimum age. To race in the Adult class, drivers must be at least 57” (4’9”) tall and must be at least 12 years old. Adult racers must meet both requirements. Additionally, all drivers in all classes must be able to safely operate all aspects of the go-kart. If it is determined that a potential driver cannot safely operate the go-kart they may not be permitted to race, or they may be moved to a different class. These determinations will be made at the discretion of management.

Unfortunately, no. Due to the differences in size and speed of the adult karts and junior karts it is unsafe to have them on the track at the same time. Juniors race with other juniors, and adults race with other adults.

Unfortunately, no. Here at MB2 Raceway all of our go-karts have only one seat for the driver. If a double seat kart is something that you are specifically interested in, please check out our MB2 Entertainment location in Santa Clarita!

Adult races are 14 laps long and Junior races are 9 laps long. Both types of races take roughly 7-10 minutes to complete.

Our races are scored based on the fastest lap times of the race, meaning, the racer that posts the single fastest lap of the entire race will be declared the winner. If you are interested in races that are scored by track position (i.e., who gets to the finish line first) check out our different Grand Prix options on our events page!

A headsock is a protective garment that you put on your head before you put the helmet on to provide a sanitary barrier between your head and the helmet. All racers that are using our helmets are required to have a headsock. Headsocks can be purchased at the front counter for $3 and they are yours to keep. Just make sure you hang on to it so that you don’t have to purchase one again the next time you come in!

Absolutely! You are more than welcomed to bring your own helmet as long as it is DOT approved and provides full coverage of your eyes. Dirt Bike/Motocross style helmets are also permitted but you must have goggles to wear with them.

We sure do! Anything that you can think of that is worth celebrating we would love for you to celebrate with us. Birthday parties, graduations, bachelor parties, company events, really anything! Check out our events page for more information.

In addition to racing, we also offer laser tag, virtual reality video games, and a redemption arcade for you to enjoy while you wait or after you race. Check out our attractions page for more information!

Closed toed shoes are required to race. We do have shoes available for you to borrow at no charge, but it is highly recommended that you provide your own. Comfortable, athletic type clothing is recommended, but not required, and it is highly recommended that long hair be tied back in a ponytail or similar fashion.
